Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is any significant delay to your order.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Express shipping: 10.99 euros, estimated delivery in 5 to 8 business days.

Standard shipping: 7.99 euros (free for orders of 65.00 euros and up), estimated delivery in 10 to 16 business days.

 

These are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
